All sales are FINAL on all formals. This includes prom, homecoming, short, interview, and pageant gowns.

All sales are final on all accessories and jewelry.

All sales are final on all boutique items purchases on 9/21 or after. These are now considered CLEARANCED items.

We inspect every item before shipping to ensure you are receiving the best product we can offer. Once an item leaves our store, we are not responsible for shipping issues. Those will need to be addressed with the shipping carrier.
